Thank you to the GSCC and the Supply Chain Deepdive podcast team for highlighting this insightful article. The report offers valuable insights for designing a strategic supply chain network. Here are a few reflections:

1. The US-centered supply chain in the Americas (covering the USA, Canada, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean) is projected to grow from 59% to 69%, largely at the expense of other regions. Will this shift result in decreased trade between the EU and Asia, or could those volumes remain stable—or even grow?

2. Despite evolving strategies, cost (33%) and tax efficiencies (28%) continue to be the top priorities. How might potential increases in U.S. import tariffs, particularly if Trump is re-elected, reshape the supply chain landscape outlined in the report?

3. As we move toward three major supply chain clusters—the Americas, the EU, and Asia—what should supply chain professionals focus on to stay ahead?

I’d appreciate any comments or insights on these questions.
